We had fun checking out all of the cool cars at Autorama at the South Towne expo center. Brock was so excited to see Doc from Cars! We had to find a car that looked like each of the other characters from the movie too, we did pretty good! I was excited about the Grease Lighting car because I love the movie! The owner saw us checking it out and let us sit in it, so cool!

Sawyer LOVED being outside so much!

We went on a fun trip to St George over the weekend. On Friday we went to a place just outside of Mesquite called the Valley of Fire to go riding. It was great to be out in the sun! The kids loved being able to spend some time outside. On Saturday we went riding at Sand Hollow which is just north of St George. It rained about half of that day but we still had a great time. Playing out in the warm weather has given us Spring fever even more!

Brock is such a sweet boy! The other day he told me "Mom, you're cute, no wait, you're beautiful!" Wow, you can't get a better compliment than that! (Especially from a 3 year old)


I am trying to keep my New Year's resolution to be a better blogger! Of course I always love an excuse to show off my cute boys too :)

Christmas 2009 (Finally!)

Sawyer with his new firetruck car. It was a big hit! He loves to climb in and out of it. Most of the time he just bypasses the door and uses the window! He was so cute when he saw it. He doesn't get the concept of Christmas yet but he loved every minute of it!

Brock got the Buzz Lightyear jet-pack that he asked Santa for. The look on his face was priceless! He is such a good boy, he deserved everything he got!

Opening presents! Sawyer was fine taking his time. Brock had to open most of Sawyer's presents too because it was driving him crazy waiting!

We had a great Christmas! There is nothing better than enjoying it through the eyes of your children! I hope everyone had a great one and a happy new year! Maybe this year I need to make a resolution to be better at blogging....

We had a family Christmas party on his birthday! (Check out the new boots Brock gave him, he wants Sawyer to be a cowboy like him!)

Sawyer turned 1 on December 19th. We are still trying to figure out where the year has gone! He has accomplished a lot in one year. He started walking a little more than a month ago and has been non-stop ever since! He is such a good natured little guy. He always has a smile for us and he is great at giving loves and slobbery kisses! He is very determined and always seems to figure out how to do what he wants. It's fun to see his personality develop. He is starting to say a few words (Dada, Mama, Dog, Kitty, Nana). He LOVES to eat! I swear most of the time he eats more than Brock! His other favorite thing to do is carry stuff around and hide it from us! We just love this little guy so much and look forward to what the next year brings.

I guess it's been a while since I posted anything! We went to the Eastern Idaho State Fair in Blackfoot, ID, had fun at the Harvest Moon Hurrah in Spanish Fork, Cornbelly's, picked out pumpkins at the Red Barn, and lots of fun Halloween activities. We have done lots of fun things this Fall!
